Deposits and Player Funds

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Betting, Game Rules, and Settlement
You must review the relevant game or market rules before placing a wager. Once accepted by kaya96, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because you selected the wrong team, odds, stake, live football market, or casino table. A wager is valid only when recorded in the kaya96 transaction history.
Sports bets are settled using the official result recognised by kaya96 after the event concludes, subject to market-specific rules. Later appeals, disciplinary changes, or statistical corrections may not affect settlement unless expressly stated. Casino results are generated by the relevant certified game system or recorded live dealer outcome. In the event of a clear technical error, incorrect odds, duplicate settlement, interrupted round, or software malfunction, kaya96 may correct the transaction to the outcome that should reasonably have applied. Malfunction voids affected play where no reliable result can be established.

General Provisions
